Saturday 7 November at Calthorpe Park: gates 5pm, display 6.30pm, tickets online only at £8 adult. Yateley's display is the same night, fireworks at 7pm.
The Fleet Lions Firework Fiesta is confirmed for Saturday 7 November 2026 at Calthorpe Park, gates at 5pm and the display at about 6.30pm. The one change worth knowing before you plan the evening: there are no tickets on the gate this year. The Lions say so in plain terms on their own event page, and their booking form repeats it.
Updated 2 October: Yateley and District Lions have now announced their own display for the same evening, Saturday 7 November, with fireworks at 7pm. Fleet’s details are unchanged.
Bonfire Night itself falls on Thursday 5 November 2026. Fleet’s display is the Saturday after, and it is a fireworks display rather than a bonfire: the Lions advertise no bonfire and ban open flames on the field.
Every detail below is from the Lions’ own published pages and their live booking form, first checked on 5 September and re-checked on 2 October.
The confirmed details
| Date | Saturday 7 November 2026 |

| Display | About 6.30pm, usually finished by 7pm |
| Tickets | £8 adult, £3 child aged 5 to 15, £19 family, under 5s free |

| Capacity | 7,000 |

Buying tickets when you are not online
This is the part that catches people out, so it is worth spelling out. The Lions write: “we are not selling tickets on the gates this year, online booking only.” Their event page goes further in capitals, saying they cannot take cash or cards at the entry gates, although you will be able to scan a QR code on your phone at the gate to reach the ticketing page.
For anyone who cannot book online, the Lions are running one more in-person selling session: Saturday 24 October in the Hart Shopping Centre, 10am to 3pm. They take cash or card there and email the e-tickets to you, and the £1.20 online booking fee still applies. (Fleet Lions Firework Fiesta)
Attendance is limited to 7,000 for safety. About 6,500 people came in 2025, so the cap is real rather than notional and the sensible reading is to book early.
Parking, and the entrance that shuts early
Calthorpe Park sits between Reading Road North and the Fleet Road end of town, and the Lions have published a proper travel plan rather than the usual line about arriving early.
- Free parking at Victoria Road car park from 3.30pm to 8pm, which the Lions credit to Hart District Council. Victoria Road has 157 spaces and 9 disabled bays, so it will not hold everybody.
- The main entry gate is outside Fleet Cricket Club on Reading Road North.
- The Merivale entrance closes at 6.15pm, because the Bakers Way footpath falls inside the firing zone. If you are walking in from that side, you need to be through before quarter past six or you will be walking round.
- Blue Badge parking is at Fleet Town Football Club, off Crookham Road, by arrangement with the club.
Allow until about 7.30pm to get off the field even though the display usually ends by 7pm. The Lions say so themselves, which is more candid than most organisers manage.
Every other Hart car park charges as normal that evening, including Sundays and overnight. Our parking in Fleet page has the full tariff and the free half hour that only Hook gets. Check Fleet roadworks and travel before you set off: Church Road has been shut for works into December, which changes the walk in from the Church Road car park.
Food, and what you cannot bring
The Lions marquee sells burgers, hot dogs, fibre optic and LED toys, and mulled wine. They prefer contactless but will take cash. Alongside them this year: Fleet Phoenix on hot and cold drinks, Hells Bakery on cakes, Muncheon Luncheon serving chicken and pulled pork, plus ice cream, pick and mix, candyfloss, Mexicali and bratwurst. Caleb’s coffee opens as usual at the old pavilion.
The banned list is longer than most people expect and is enforced at the gate:
- Glass bottles, flasks or containers of any kind
- Sparklers and any other fireworks brought in by the public
- Anything with an open flame, including candles, barbecues and sky lanterns
- Laser pens, drones (the park is a drone free area during the event), and knives
- Chairs and tables in the viewing areas, though wheelchairs, pushchairs and buggies are fine
- Bicycles in the viewing areas
- Animals. The Lions state that the event is unsuitable for assistance dogs
The rest of the district
Hart District Council does not run a display. Its events calendar, re-checked on 2 October, runs into 2027 and lists a bat walk, a climate event, walking groups, pumpkin carving and a bushcraft session, with no fireworks at all. (Hart District Council events)
Yateley’s display is on the same night. Yateley and District Lions and Westfields Junior School run it on Saturday 7 November at the school, 28 School Lane, GU46 6NN. Gates open at 5.30pm and the fireworks start at 7pm, half an hour after Fleet’s. Tickets get dearer closer to the night: £5 adult and £2 child until 31 October, £6 and £3 from 1 to 6 November, then £7 and £4 on the day. Infants aged 0 to 3 are free but need a ticket this year for insurance reasons, and the Lions warn there may be no tickets at the gate, which takes cards only. (Yateley and District Lions) Our Yateley fireworks page has the full detail.
No 2026 display has been published for Hook, Odiham or Hartley Wintney.
